Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions regarding our classes, attire, and general operations.

Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirts, shorts, leggings, or sweatpants). Long hair must be tied back, and no jewelry is permitted for safety reasons. For gymnastics-focused programs, bare feet are generally preferred; for martial arts, clean indoor athletic shoes may be required.

Yes, we have a designated parent viewing area separated from the main activity floor. To prevent distractions and ensure child safety, we request that parents remain in the viewing area during active instruction.

If your child misses a class due to illness or travel, you can schedule a makeup class within the current term. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance of the missed class to qualify for a makeup slot.

Monthly enrollments can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations or missed individual classes.

Facility Rules & Codes of Conduct

These fundamental principles guide how we teach, support, and look after your child daily.

Safety First

We prioritize the safety of all children. Equipment is regularly sanitized, and instructors are fully certified in first aid and CPR. We request that sick children stay home to keep our environment healthy.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start. Parents must sign their children in upon arrival and sign them out with an authorized pick-up person at departure.

Positive Behavior

Our instructors use positive reinforcement. We encourage kind language, sharing, and active participation. Unsafe or highly disruptive behavior may result in a quiet reflection period or a parent discussion.
